Activation Key

How do I purchase an activation key and how much does it cost? I am running on MacOS, but I also have Windows, could I use the activation key for both?

Where to buy is in the menu - Help->Purchase. It will take you to https://makemkv.com/buy/ , and from there to the payment processor site.
