Who does the translations?

Who translates this program to other languages? I can't seem to find anywhere to sign up to help with translations, and there is a particular word in the Danish translation that really bothers me (in the preferences, "Video" is translated to "vedeo" - not only is it all lowercase, it is not even a word! Whoever did this should be sent back to kindergarten).
