Request: Don't automatically add "backup" folder to backup path

When using the backup function, it always add a directory called "backup" after the path I set in preferences. I don't like using that, so every time I have to manually delete it. I'd prefer it just use the path I set, or to have a second setting for the backup path (since some people may prefer using a different path) or just using the last directory used.
