What happens if you use IMGBurn to make an ISO image of one of these discs? Is it able to create the image successfully? I'm only suggesting this as a test. *USUALLY* when we see these kinds of problems it comes down to a few things....either a bad disc, a slowly dying drive, or filters that are interfering with the drive's proper operation. It's extremely rare for it to be caused by the software doing the ripping.

IMGBurn freeze in the screen "Getting track information"
- Also Power DVD can not open any blu-ray
- Plus I have been able to use MakeMKV to process standard dvd

Then unfotunately it's not a MakeMKV issue. It's either your disc, drive, or filters causing problems.

What do you mean by "filters causing problems"

Some software installs filters....basically drivers...that can potentially interfere with ripping. ImgBurn can display a list of filters that are installed. It's not necessarily the issue, but, there are some badly behaved filter drivers out there.

@rlebel

Hi!
Also Power DVD can not open any blu-ray
Sounds like your Blu-ray drive is dying...

I missed that edit to the post. Yes, I would agree here, as well.
