Paying Licence with PayPal?

any idea how can i pay with Paypal?
Who is using VISA in 2020 on a site to pay ?Are we in the 60's?

Ask PayPal. As explained in the sticky message Expiration of beta key, it's 100% on PayPal for why you can't use it.

Locking this before it becomes an argument, per the above link.
