[Feature Request] Stop scanning ALL devices from command-line

When launching from command-line and specifying a device, like "makemkvcon mkv dev:/dev/sr2 ...", could you please stop scanning all other CD devices on the system. This is disrupting other work being done in parallel. Thanks.
