Convert ISO 4K to MKV

Hi,

I´d like to convert a ISO 4K file to MKV - without degradation.

Which parameter I have to use?

"Open", then "Start".

MakeMKV does not change the video when it collects the pieces off the original media and assembles it to an MKV file.
