Hi,

I've downloaded a movie from my account of Apple but I want to convert it into MKV with all special features. Someone did know how can I do that?

Try it with "MKVToolNix" GUI. This tool can read M4V and the output is stored in mkv.

If you downloaded it from Apple, it is almost certain to have digital rights management code in it, and probably will not be readable by most open-source applications.
