MakeMKV flagged by VirusTotal

I uploaded the MakeMKV installer to http://www.virustotal.com, and it was flagged by an antivirus:

I wasn't able to find much information on Rising antivirus, but apparently it's one of the most used antivirus programs in China.

This happens from time to time. And you notice that 54 other antivirus/malware tests said it wasn't.

Some antivirus programs flag anything that accesses any site in eastern Europe as a "potential trojan". And, since the server where MakeMKV is hosted is in Russia, it certainly qualifies under that criteria.

I always suggest submitting the link to the installer to the company that says it is a virus or trojan. Let them download it and see if it really is. One of the most common false positives that has popped up over the years also catches several Microsoft programs, but they antivirus authors have put in exceptions for ones that are not really bad programs.
