Blu ray Disc Audio Problem after making backup

I am having a problem with my physical blu ray disc after i make my disc back up. I have noticed that after i make my backup some of the discs won't play any audio on the main movie. I can hear sound on the menus and extras but not the main movie. Does MakeMKV mess-up the actual disc or am i doing something wrong?

Unless you have a VERY powerful laser in your Bluray drive, the physical disk isn't being modified. I don't think MakeMKV has any code in it to write to optical disks in any case. Since the audio and video tracks are intermixed in the file structure of the track, modifying one would be very difficult.

Does your playback device or software have the capability of playing the default audio track on the movie? Do you have choices for audio track in the menus?
