When selecting True HD do I need to select the sub track DD surround or does that just increase the size of the file?
I'd rather just select True HD if it's possible and doesn't affect the audio
I'm using WDTV for playback and I believe it supports most audio and video codecs
Thanks
True HD
Re: True HD
It is probably a good idea to select the subtrack as well, because a lot of players cannot separate out the subtrack from the combined track in an MKV file.

Re: True HD
Thanks. That's what I needed to know. I tried with just True HD. Worked fine with WDTV but no sound with vlc media player. I will make sure to tick the sub track
