Wrong Language When Extracting to MKV

Hi Everyone,
Just found this program in my copy of MaximumPC. I am trying to extract movies from my Blueray Discs to put on my DLink NAS. The program works great except that when I try to play the extracted file, the audio is in Spanish. All of the preview clips are extracted correctly and play English Audio, it's just the main movie that comes out in Spanish. Does anyone know how to correct this issue.

1. suggest you download the latest (and free) ? from this web site
2. look at the default selection language in preferences - is it English?
3. when you open up the titles on the DVD/BluRay disc, look at the languages available and ticked
