Hash check error, only on Blu-ray disc 2 of 3

Brand new Blu-ray 3-disc set*. Discs 1 and 3 ripped fine with MakeMKV. Disc 2 throws up dreaded hash check error when ripping feature film. Smaller bonus material on disc 2 ripped fine. I have cleaned disc and tried it on two different drives with the same result. I have never been this flummoxxed before with a new Blu-ray. Anything I may be overlooking? Screen dump below.
