Saving despite errors
As per the above, I guess there's no (easy) way to make MakeMKV less sensitive to errors, or make it more able to save stuff anyway despite errors. Looks like I'm on the way to not being able to rip 3 episodes out of 6 off a bluray I'm doing at the moment...
