I'd like to be able to define custom naming patterns for chapters.
Reason:
Currently every chapter is stored as: e.g. "Chapter 01", "Chapter 02" ... "Chapter n".
My player shows every chapter like this: "Chapter: <Chapter Name>" resulting in e.g.: "Chapter: Chapter 01".
Can chapter naming either be made customizable or simply be named from "01", "02" to "n"?
