Feature Request - End of Rip Alert Sound

I have seen the request in the past, but I would like to bring it up again.

I would really like to have MakeMKV play a sound (optional of course) when it reaches the end of a rip.

on windows it already makes the alert sound dont know about other os's

Maybe a better request would be a customizable end-of-rip sound.

I have my system-wide "alert" sound set to something rather innocuous because too many other programs use it. Programs like my mail program, that complained over 100 times per hour for 30 hours because someone cut the fiber link between my mail server and the world.

On the MacOS it does not (or it does and I have somehow overlooked the checkbox to enable it) I agree a customized sound option is a great suggestion.

On Linux I use dbus-monitor and send a push notification via Pushover for any MakeMKV popup window (success or failure) and which Disc it's for. Don't believe MacOS has dbus-monitor but could potentially read through these documents to see if they have some functionality https://developer.apple.com/search/?q=notifications
