There's no link to "Purchase MakeMKV" except thru the forums
I don't know if Mike has noticed that there are no links from http://makemkv.com to https://www.makemkv.com/buy. That link can be found only by digging into the forums. There's a link to "Purchase" from MakeMKV itself, but that link can't be accessed once the temp key has expired! So someone whose temp key has expired will have great difficulty purchasing a permanent key.

It is possible to get to the link after the beta key expires - you have to set your system date to something before the expiration, long enough to start MakeMKV. Once it starts, you can revert back to the current date.

I just bought my license yesterday and noticed what you mention here, but the actual purchase address IS a more secure HTTPS.
I started at http://www.makemkv.com/buy/ which is a standard link, BUT when you click either the link or click the button to buy, it takes you to the secure link for the actual purchase process: https://secure.avangate.com/order/check ... 2140&QTY=1
Edit: Another senior moment, maybe. I now realize that this is more about people being able to FIND a purchase address than about concerns for the security of the links.
