Why MakeMKV does not convert single VOB file ?

Hi,
This tool is amazingly fast to convert the whole DVD but I would like to see the function of converting single VOB file to MKV.
Maybe I do not know how to do it.

If I correctly understand what you're asking, the answer is "No", that is not a function of MakeMKV...

put said VOB file into an ISO then throw the ISO into MAKEMKV
