Best Bluray Drive

Is there a recommended Bluray drive for MakeMKV. Or just a drive that people have had a lot of success with? I have recently seen a lot of "makemkv not ready: no additional sense information" errors when trying to use MakeMKV. Some of these discs have minor scratches on them, but they all seem playable in the PS3. Is there a drive out there that is good at correcting/recovering from minor disc errors?

My Plextor PX-B310U (it's an USB external drive) has worked flawlessly for me so far under both Linux and Windows.
