MakeMKV just stopped working

i have been using the software for a while with no issues, today i tried to open the application and i get a fatal error message. i have listed all of the .exe files as exclusions in Bit Defender, but that hasn't helped. I didn't need to do that before today but saw the posts and tried it. I had used the program about 2 weeks ago with no issues. i cant provide Log files because it freezes immediately. Win 10 build 10586, and bit defender total security 2015, any ideas?

If you recently did the update to Win10, make sure it didn't cancel your "run as admin" settings.

thanks for the fast reply, I have been on Windows 10 for quite a while. i have a note book with win 10 build 10240 with bitdefender and it works fine, just VERY slow. Has anyone had issues with the newer builds maybe? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling too.
