Can't Find disc

just downloaded the latest version for my win xp box.

and every single dvd I load in can't be found by the app. it always says 'no disc'....always...

so i have to rip ALL the discs with DVD Fab first, and then use makemkv for the vob file...

any ideas?

these are NON blu-ray...just regular def. All Region 1

yes. it's awesome!! I love the program...

but since this latest upgrade...no luck
