I am a paid up member but I cant download the new version. Every time I try it always reverts back to the old one, why is this?

When you try to install, do you make sure there are no copies running?
If any copy is running, the new version cannot be copied into place. The install program does not always tell you that it could not do the copy, though!

Can you uninstall the previous version, reboot, and then install a new one? What OS are you using? How do you check the version?
