Making one MKV file for each chapter of a DVD file?

First, let me compliment the makers of this great program. Thank you!
I recently purchased Star Wars Clone Wars Volumes One and Two (the old 2003 animated series with very short episodes). Each chapter in the DVD file is one episode, and I wanted to know if it was possible to set this program so that it makes each chapter a single MKV file, instead of the entire DVD feature as one MKV file.
