I have read ont his forum that in August there were problems with getting permament licence key after paying for it.
I would like to ask, how is the situation currently?
If I make a payment today, will I receive it instantly, taking into considaeration that we now have Christmas period?
I would like very much to buy a permament licence key, but I'm little worried about this issue.

The situation from a couple months ago has been fixed. After you pay for MakeMKV, you should get an email with the license key right away, in a couple of minutes. If you don't for some odd reason (be sure to check your junk mail), you should open a support ticket with the payment processor to get it sorted out.
