Has Lionsgate given up?

Have noticed on the last two recently released movies that Lionsgate disc don't have the many movie files on the disc anymore. Any truth to this or am I missing something?

it costs them money to use. If they decide its not worth it (i.e. doesn't cause added sales), they won't use it.
