No. Each MKV file has a unique random ID (16 bytes in header) and file creation date. These are only two fields in MKV header that should be different when you create an MKV file from the same source. Oh, and MakeMKV version number.

You mean, if somehow your MKV file would end up being available to a large audience? Yes, they will find you, by other means. Don't do that.
