Screener won't open

some of the new screeners have worked fine. but i just ran into a problem while trying to rip Arrival.

I tried cleaning it, but it keeps doing the same thing. hoping someone can help!

its COPY PROTECTED FOR A REASON LOL, u could allways post a pic of the disc so we can see if its real, is it dvd or bluray?

DVD. I copy them for myself, to put on a hard drive. Just looking for a solution here.

Screener DVDs comes up every few months ago, and one of them was yours back in 2015. You tried manual extraction then, and it didn't help. Mike added something to combat their (then) new copy protection.

But there was some news items that the new screeners have had their copy protection updated AND a "finger print" burned into the disk that ties it to an individual. Not sure if Mike's done anything about that...
