I know that you can embed a .jpg file in an mkv. I first heard about it when reading the MakeMKV homepage. I know, in theory, why you would want to do that; so that all your metadata is contained in one neat, clean file. So, I used MKVtoolnix to add a .jpg of the movie poster to an MKV file that I already had (as an attachment). But...
What programs/players can see it? My Windows Explorer (XP) doesn't seem to... I tried XBMC and also saw nothing and, since I did do the reg hack to see/play MKV files in XP MC2005 I tried it out and that did not show the .jpg, either.
Am I missing something? Can no program display the .jpg movie poster attachment in my MKV?
jpg in mkv... what sees it?

Hi!
You'd probably stand a better chance of obtaining a meaningful answer at something like the Doom9 Forum...

I'll try it. Thanks!
I figured I'd start here, since this is where I first heard of it.
