Quick small bug/nit-pick report for ya.
I wanted to disable the minimum title length check, so my first thought was to set it to 0 in preferences. When I tried that, I found that the next time I entered preferences, it was back to the previous setting (120 second default). So next I tried 1 second, thinking 0 wasn't an acceptable value. Same behavior. I tried this on both linux and osx - same behavior both places. I finally figured out that the setting must be 2 or higher. That's not a big deal, since I can't imagine wanting a title which is less than 2 seconds long, but it was a little confusing at first. Perhaps a popup error telling me the acceptable values would be useful.
