Spooks-Season 5 Disk 2 Error

I am trying to convert Spooks-Season 5 Disk 2 to MKV file however the first episode on the disk fails at the end of the conversion. The title00.mkv gets to about 1/3 converted before it fails. I am able to play the vob on my pc. All other disk from Spooks convert correctly.

Looks like you are opening broken DVD rip from a hard drive.
