makeMKV blu-ray issue

Hi,

Ive downloaded a 40GB blu-ray movie, public enemies. When I load the ISO and save the file, it does its work but in my output folder I have 7 .mkv files? Should I not have one? None of the files play on my MacBook Pro either, when normally, I can play .mkv files?
