Can't seem to rip BluRays

Lately whenever I rip one of my movies the process completes but when I open the MKV the output looks like it's still encrypted. I have the following config:

MacOS 10.9 (2012 IMac)
External BluRay (that has worked fine for almost a year)
MakeMKV 1.8.10
