Minor Feature Request: Overwrite All/Skip All

After titles/tracks to rip have been selected and you click "Make MKV", if the intended destination files already exist, you get a "File <path> already exists. Do you want to overwrite it? yes/no" prompt for each .mkv file to be written. You then have to repeatedly click either yes or no, even though the answer (at least in my usage) is always the same for all files. It would be handy if there were both a "No for all", "Yes for all" options. It might also be useful (though not as important) to have an "Oops, Cancel Entire Operation" option equivalent to the usual "stop" button which is unavailable in this context due to the dialogues stealing focus.
