Demux L/R eye from an MVC MKV produced by MakeMKV?

Is there any way to demux the left/right eye streams from an MKV produced by MakeMKV? mkvtoolnix only sees one video stream as does eac3to.

Is this really not possible? Seems like basic functionality to me. :?
