One thing I noticed was that some of the destination file/folder settings used a forward slash instead of a backslash. I tried changing them to backslashes but it didn't seem to make a difference. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit on a Dell XPS desktop Core i7. The last two titles I've tried were Kill Bill volume 1 and The Hobbit.
EDIT: Man, I'm dumb. I reset the output folder to the defaults and it worked without issue. Then I realized that my output folder was set to an external drive that was no longer hooked up. I hope others learn from my mistake.
