Forced Subs

Hi

First time posting here on the boards.

I have been making backups of my Blurays and on the Godfather 2 I selected forced subs so that when the parts in Italian come up then the subtitles are there except when I try playing it through VLC or Plex there are no subtitles anywhere?

What have I done wrong?

Have you tired giving MediaInfo a try to see if the subs are there?

Also, I'm not sure that Plex is playing nice with PGS subtitles yet.

Okay I will give MediaInfo a try now to see if it works
