Program Doesn't Read the Episode Titles in Some Discs

I am having an issue with Ripping the Episodes for Have Gun Will Travel. The first five season went just fine. The first two discs in season 6 exhibited the behavior described below in the manual mode and debug file. But the 3 and 4th disc worked just fine. I tried to run the two discs in VLC player, and they played just fine. I also tried cleaning both discs that did not read correctly. The episode titles appear in mannual mode with correct times but do not appear when attempting to rip.

MakeMKV version (v1.18.1)

Drive model (Dell DW316)

What worked (Discs 3 and 4 OK)

What didn’t (Discs 1 and 2 only show dummy titles unless manual mode)

I don't have any specific ideas regarding the problematic discs you describe. However, MakeMKV has various DVD Opening Modes that you can try.
