Not working after Windows update

Hi there. I relented to an infuriating windows update to try and fix an audio issue on my computer and not only did it break a few other things but MakeMKV will no longer work; Says the version is outdated and to update- which I've tried, however, it's still obviously downloading the exact same version that I had.

I have tried uninstalling all the windows updates, however, this still hasn't fixed the issue as it's taken me to a new version of windows where it cannot be rolled back to the previous version. Super angry about the lengths they go to, to control us.
Anyhow. Is there going to be an update? Are developers already aware of this? I've tried using beta keys but they all expired July 2025. Has the beta truly come to an end?

Your issue is unrelated to updating your OS. The beta key is currently out of date, and a new one has not yet been posted. This is not terribly unusual, though this is a longer delay than most. Nobody really knows why, though naturally there is a lot of speculation.
