auto select certain audio/subtitle options?

Is there any way to set the audio rip preferences to ALWAYS automatically default to rip ALL English tracks (including DTS-HD, DD 2/0, etc.) and ALL/certain format French tracks, as well as all English and French subtitles? I just cannot find the option, and after manually selecting over 100 tick boxes on just one disc I'm thinking that this feature would be of benefit.

PS: An additional option to always include the film's ORIGINAL language soundtrack(s) would be nice! I don't usually want the Russian audio, but if I'm ripping Eisenstein's "Ivan the Terrible" I *would* want the Russian tracks (probably ALL of them, but options are nice) and I would certainly want English and French subtitles as Мой русский не очень хорошо.
