need help with key

I've sent two emails, one to each of the 2 recommended emails, asking for help with my key recovery but I haven't seen a reply in a few weeks now. Does anyone know of another method for key recovery?

If you've sent emails to support@makemkv.com and/or svq@makemkv.com , you have been in touch with the author of the program. He is the only person who can provide keys.
