Filename leading space (ASCII 20h)
Any advice please, why do I get a leading space in the saved filename?
Re: Filename leading space (ASCII 20h)
Most likely, there was a leading space in the disk format. No way to tell precisely though, because we don't know how your disk was processed, and how you're configured for names.
MakeMKV won't force spaces out. Some operating systems will, but Windows, Linux and MacOS won't... EXCEPT at the command line. Which makes it a pain to deal with when it happens.

Thank you. Using windows. The leading space is not there before selecting start. So be it.

If you put double quotes around the name in the gui, then rip the disc, will it still happen? If the gui doesn't allow you to use "double" quotes, try 'single' quotes.
