Newbie advice

Hello,

I am about to get started using Make MKV.
I use a laptop with Windows 11 and my collection consists of DVD's and Blurays from a number of different regions.

I am looking for advice on what external bluray drive to purchase / use. I neeed it to cope with both formats of disc and the different region codes.
