MakeMKV causes freezing on Windows 11

I just got a new Windows 11 machine, and installed MakeMKV. The computer started freezing, usually while the system was idle, but sometimes during video playback. I ended up doing a reset (basically a reinstall, putting everything back to just-installed state), and started re-installing applications. After I installed MakeMKV, I started seeing the freezes again. I removed it and they went away. There's no doubt that's what was causing the issue. Is this a known problem, or something that's just for me?

Pretty unlikely it's from makemkv never heard of that before usually points to something wrong with your computer
