Problem with chapters

I may be missing something. I am trying to use MakeMkv to rip music DVDs into individual tracks. When I load a disc into MakeMkv it tells it has found a file with 27 chapters (for example) however there is no way to select some or all of the chapters to rip and when I rip it it outputs one large Mkv file instead of 27 files title01,title02, etc.

MakeMKV outputs one file per title, not one file per chapter.

Once you rip the DVD, you can use this tool (CLICK) to split it by chapters.
