BD Rip Judder

I recently Purchased Make MkV and have stated to notice judder on certain scenes. I have played the blu ray on the pc and the judder is only on the mkv rips.

when the mkv is converted to 10kbps mp4 the judder appears less however still appears and the original mkv seems to be the source of this.

Can you advise how to get rid of this judder of advise if you are aware of what could cause something like this to occur.

the quality is perfect and the drives used are capable of taking the data at the correct speed and hence can also playback fine without issue.

The pc can also handle the rips as it is an 3.7Ghz I7 and the BD drive can rip at 8x so I am quite stuck on this one

I didn't realize at first it was the mkv so have spent a long time trying to perfect the conversions in rip-bot

Any help you can give is appreciated

VLC have not tried anything else really
