Automatically Selecting a Specific Numerical Title

I am trying to setup an automated process that just requires me to insert the disc into the player. MakeMKV would then rip the movie file with the highest quality audio track and English subtitles which would then be transcoded into separate 4k and 2k streams. So far, I have seen the track selection in the advanced portion of MakeMKV, but I was wondering if I would be able to specifically select 00800.mpls (default English movie track on most blu-rays) and specific audio tracks and subtitles within? This is to prevent MakeMKV from ripping, for example, other video language tracks on Disney Blu-Rays.
