Just downloaded the latest v1.17.3 installer .exe file from makemkv.com and tried to install it on my Windows 10 Pro, 22H2, build 19045.2546 and got a warning/error dialog from Windows Defender. (Don't remember getting this dialog on earlier releases.)
Could I ignore this warning and just carry on with the installation?
