Has anyone else had this problem when ripping any of the star wars movies?
So, I have ripped 1 through 6, there perfectly watchable. But the intro to the movie where it has the big text explaining the story are separate from the whole movie, so there is a few missed seconds on the full movie.

The text that explain the story.

I would assume, on such a BluRay the beginning text would be translated for each language, which would be a M2TS file within a playlist (like text, then rest of the movie)
So the question would be: have you created the MKV file from a playlist or from a single M2TS file?

"The text that explain the story" is rather vague.
When I rip the SW series, there is separate text that explains the episode, but that is part of each episode, not a separate file. Is that what you're referring to?
There are separate "videos" for English, Spanish, and French, but the text is part of each playlist, and encoded according to which playlist you chose. If you pick the Spanish playlist, you get the Spanish audio, for example.
