Audio too. When I check the media info I will see stream 1 has video and sometimes Audio, and sometimes it will have undefined. Then when I look at stream 2, it will be audio and flagged as track 0 sometimes, I assume to play with the video. I will see forced sometimes in audio , whatever that means. Then stream 3 will be another audio , but not flagged or forced. I'm just wanting to understand the stream structure. So if I use make mkv, and I want to choose say the 2nd audio track because my Samsung TV will not play Atmos, then how do I flag it as the main track or force it? I have used mkv toolnix and removed the foreign languages and formats I don't need, but I'm not sure how to change the stream I want , as in do I flag that stream, force that stream to make it the main stream with the video. I use ffmpeg to change the audio formats sometimes, but I'm confused on how to get track 1 or 2 to play as the main audio. Lastly what program can I use to play the separate audio streams as to make sure I'm not choosing something like directors commentary? All I'm trying to do is backup my 4k UHD,s and choose English but it can't be Atmos. DTS, HD , MA, Dolby (ac3) work fine on my 2021 Samsung 85 inch neo QLED from a solid state hard drive connected to the USB on the rear of tv. Why Samsung is will not let Atmos play is just crazy to me. Thanks in advance.

Do you use Expert mode in MakeMKV?

Changing names with Expert mode enabled

Before you rip a movie you can unselect things you might not need, like foreign languages.
