1.15.3 Networking

Starting from version 1.15.3 it is possible to specify proxy server for MakeMKV to use. All proxy types are supported (specifically http, https and socks). This makes it easy to use MakeMKV with TOR - just run tor client and put a tor proxy address into MakeMKV.

A bit off topic, but it looks like there's a lot of updates, innovative improvements, and bug fixes in 1.15.3... thanks so much for all your hard work Mike! I'm excited to give the new version a spin
